Amber Heard to get US$7mil from Johnny Depp in divorce settlement
Amber Heard has reached a divorce settlement with ex-husband Johnny Depp on 16 Aug 2016.
Amber Heard filed for divorce on 21 May 2016, alleging domestic abuse from Johnny Depp. She was granted a restraining order from Depp while he was overseas for work.
Recently, a video of Depp allegedly shouting at Heard was circulating online.
Amber Heard will be getting US$7mil from the divorce settlement. She says that part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
In their divorce filings, the couple was described as being intensely in love with each other; though their relationship were at times volatile, they never meant to hurt each other emotionally or otherwise.
Amber Heard and Johnny Depp have both confirmed their divorce settlement.
